Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean/Continuous Improvement, process optimization, or operations leadership, with a proven track record of driving cultural buy-in for continuous improvement among long-tenured staff. You will work closely with plant managers, operations teams, and safety managers to standardize processes across multiple facilities and analyze KPIs and performance data to measure the success of initiatives.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 5 years of experience in Lean/Continuous Improvement, process optimization, or operations leadership. You must have strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities, experienced in managing projects and change in dynamic environments, proficient with process mapping software, knowledge of agile methodologies or frameworks, results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement and engaging teams, and basic proficiency in Excel and Word.
