Responsibilities and Duties
- Adhere to all Safety Policies, OSHA, customer and/or site-specific safety requirements.
- Abide by all policies as found in the Employee Handbook
- “Hands On” understanding of project design requirements, specifications and construction standards in order to reinforce Quality Assurance through the construction and quality assurance process.
- Coordinate, schedule and interface with Key Staff Members, Building Manufacturers and Third-Party inspection groups.
- Manage all Quality Control documentation.
- Manage Reporting, Job Process, and Quality Assurance measures.
- Working with Team and Building Manufacturers Drive Root Cause Analysis and continued improvement in Modular Manufacturing Processes.
- Organize and manage all inspection comments and discrepancy reports including formal response letters to close issues. Coordinate with Design & Manufacturing teams to address open issues and resolutions
- Support initiatives to identify and resolve repetitive issues & Root Cause Analysis
- Participate in field-report & service issue review processes to identify manufacturing defects and issue prevention on future construction.
- Develop cosmetic finish standards and inspection processes for support and client expectations. Document standards to provide clear directions.
- Develop and lead inspection processes to ensure consistent execution on agreed upon standards.
- Validate quality and code compliance.
- Track revisions, deviations, discrepancies and rolling changes implemented throughout a project for future reference.
