We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at the RIT Inn & Conference Center. As a member of our culinary team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our hotel's dining services.
About the Job
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking meals for our guests. This includes meal preparation, plating, and presentation. You will work closely with our chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook meals to order
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests
Requirements
- Previous cooking experience required
- ServSafe or equivalent food certification preferred but not required
- Availability to work 2pm-11pm, including weekends
