The Line Cook plays a vital role in ensuring that all food served meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and freshness. As a member of our evening shift team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook meals to order
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests
Requirements
- Previous cooking experience required
- ServSafe or equivalent food certification preferred but not required
- Availability to work 2pm-11pm, including weekends
