Need Data Quality folks for the following description. I need candidates who are true Data Quality / Data Governance folks . I am NOT looking for a Data Engineer. This team has plenty. Healthcare client; 12 months contract.
Required :
- Proficient and extensive SQL, PL / SQL skills
- zure Databricks and SQL Server RDBMS experience
- Deep understanding of normalized and / or MDM data models
- Experience with business intelligence tools such PowerBI
- Knowledge of best practices in data analysis, development and testing
- ble to perform root cause analysis
- Evaluate and analyze results relative to expectation
- Identify and communicate variances to stakeholders
- Knowledge of and ability to apply data quality checks and improvements
- Script data queries to identify data integrity issues between various data sources
- Collaborate with stakeholder groups to identify and help implement data governance and data quality standards
- Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter; works well in teams and independently on tasks
- Participate in initiatives to drive strategic objectives and data quality
- Takes direction well and can prioritize work for delivery
