Enterprise Architecture - Team from Europe, India, Tokyo, USC, etc.
Seasoned Enterprise architect - 3-4 years as EA
Has exp in Enterprise Architecture, influencing skills important, technical background, able talk the talk, well rounded candidates
Experience in Cyber security, data, Infrastructure, SDLC (more app dev), Cloud experience is useful (any cloud) - do not mind which background they come from - looking for generalist, breadth of exp needed across multiple tech stacks - nature of work needs to be flexible. able to work across diff projects, multiple projects simultaneously, multiple technologies, collaborate across other teams
Technology background : not much hands-on coding (python is most useful, not required), tech stack is less important, design different systems, worked across different industries will help a lot, dealing with a lot of different techs in his space, Cloud is useful, on-prem to cloud project work a plus less than 20% of the work in this area
Technical : architecture design is 25% of time - want to increase that time
Big part of role is building relationship across teams
Financial industry experience a plus, must have regulated industry experience
TOGAF a plus but not required, they do not follow much
Talking about impact they had on projects as Architect - help shape overall project and ability to work on big projects and clear on how to work those project, strong influencing senior level members

Job Description :
We are looking for a passionate Enterprise Architect to drive strategic architecture vision and alignment across key stakeholders; and define and govern architecture standards, principles, best practices, and patterns for firmwide adoption.
The candidate will join a lean diverse global Enterprise Architecture team committed to fostering a culture where individuals from various backgrounds and experiences can thrive.
The ideal candidate brings knowledge of Agile, Cloud, DevOps principles and values; experiences in collaboration across complex organizations, removing impediments, and ensuring team progress towards their missions and deliverables.
Candidate must possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and be able to resolve issues and interdependencies across organizations.
Primary Responsibilities :
Leading key architectural projects of firm-wide significance.
Driving the Enterprise and cross-Domain Architecture vision and strategy.
Engaging with senior stakeholders locally in New York and more broadly.
Driving the long-term evolution of the IT estate in support of the high-level business strategy.
Governance and oversight of architecture activities.
Championing the adoption of architecture practices.
rchitecture thought leadership.
Fostering Architecture community across the Firm and Divisions.
Required Skills :
Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in large technology organizations.
Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture models such as TOGAF.
Strategic thinker; able to structure and deliver on complex multi-year programs.
Experience working and influencing the designs of senior architects and senior technology leaders.
Experience with large-scale architecture transformation projects, e.g. integration of acquisitions, Cloud migration, geographic migrations, modernization initiatives.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience working with teams across different time-zones and countries.
Excellent relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills; ability to operate at senior levels in both written and verbal communications.
Experience with cybersecurity, resilience and / or GenAI desirable.
Qualifications :
BA / BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields from an accredited university.
