Technical Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 3-5 years' experience in an enterprise IT environment
Expertise in Active Directory management and troubleshooting infrastructure
Proficiency w / application servers, VMware vSphere, Nutanix environments, and Hyper-V
Experience managing operating systems and workstations
Knowledge of RAID configuration and disaster recovery planning
Nice to Have :
2nd and 3rd-level technical support experience
Ability to write and modify scripts (PowerShell, bash, ksh, perl) and SQL queries
Experience analyzing cyber activity and threats
Familiarity with Splunk, Failover Manager, and Nutanix cluster management
