Will oversee 1 of the larger projects & some smaller ones

• Role itself is somewhat in its infancy; needs some maturating
• Has to be beyond Sr Dev, needs to be self-sufficient, leadership through influence , management experience
• Will work closely with a solutions architect and other tech lead
• Responsible that developers are all aligned and walking in same direction (partially offshore)
• Objective this is for Freddy (solutions arch) to work with these tech leads and come up with reference architecture that relates to dev practices; looking at what you want to achieve and finding the best architecture that fits
