Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert-level technical support to end-users via various channels;
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to desktops, laptops, iPads, laser printers, and smartphones;
- Configuring and maintaining network devices, including switches and routers;
- Documenting and tracking incidents, resolutions, and follow-up actions;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT services;
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field;
- Deep understanding of Windows PC operating systems, MS/AD, Office, Citrix, and Cisco switches;
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
- USC or green card holder preferred;
