Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
Basic knowledge of data flows, data modeling, and database technologies.
Good documentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Power BI, SAS, R, and Python.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., ECBA).
Familiarity with marketing processes and systems.
Experience with change management and training end-users.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
