Procurement Specialist Long term contract, starting as a 6 month contract with ongoing / long term expectation with the potential to convert down the line. Monday-Thursday onsite at 100 North Point, San Francisco, CA 94133 5 years of experience related to procurement / sourcing and contracts management experience
Contract experience related to IT, SaaS and hardware contracts is required
- Experience related to SaaS / hardware / licensing work. Understanding of licensing structure, creating a negotiation strategy, and writing contracts.
- Experience redlining contracts (MSA or SOW) related to Terms and conditions coming from overarching MSA
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with high volume of transactional contracts
Experience supporting a technology organization and partnering with different cross-functional teams to work through contracts (ie. legal, security, vendor partners, etc.).
Retail technology experience is highly preferred.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
Experience with e-signature tools and spend management tools.
Four-year undergraduate degree (preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field)
Background in legal is a plus dobe Sign for E-signature tool

Experience with indirect procurement (strategic sourcing, category / supplier / spend management), contracts
Strong knowledge of procurement, contracting and vendor management principles
