Jr. Project Manager
Our client, a top tier Management & Strategy Consulting firm is looking for a Junior Project Manager for a top tier Client.
Qualification & Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and QA, to drive project success.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholder requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in Agile environments.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and status.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in the Banking / Finance sector.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering technology-focused projects.
