We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with expertise in embedded systems, microcontrollers, analog / digital circuitry, and motor control systems. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing motor drive systems, including motor controllers, electric drives, and associated control circuitry. - Key Responsibilities :
- Design & Development : Design and develop embedded systems for motor control applications, including motor controllers, drive units, and power drives.
- Embedded Systems & Microcontrollers : Utilize microcontroller-based platforms to create reliable and efficient embedded systems for motor control and drive system operations.
- Analog & Digital Circuitry : Design, simulate, and validate analog and digital circuits, ensuring optimal performance in motor control and power systems.
- Motor Control Systems : Lead the development of motor control systems for applications including motion control drives and electric motor drive systems, ensuring high efficiency and reliability.
- Schematic Capture & PCB Layout : Proficiently use schematic capture tools to design and create detailed circuit diagrams and PCBs for motor control applications, ensuring minimal signal interference and robust performance.
- Integration & Testing : Integrate hardware and software components for motor controllers and drive systems and perform rigorous testing to ensure functional accuracy and performance optimization.
- Optimization : Optimize motor control algorithms and hardware for enhanced power efficiency, torque control, and response time.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, mechanical engineers, and manufacturing teams, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Documentation : Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of design, testing procedures, and user manuals for motor control and drive systems.
- Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on embedded systems, motor controllers, and drive systems.
- Embedded Systems Expertise : Proficiency in embedded system design, microcontroller programming (e.g., ARM, PIC, or similar), and real-time operating systems.
- Motor Control & Power Drives : Deep understanding of motor control strategies, including drive systems, power electronics, and electric motor drive units.
- Analog / Digital Circuit Design : Hands-on experience designing and troubleshooting analog and digital circuits for power systems and motor controllers.
- Schematic Capture & PCB Design : Strong experience using schematic capture tools and proficiency in PCB layout and design for motor control applications.
