Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and Plan Technical Infrastructure Projects: Conduct thorough assessments of technical infrastructure projects to identify opportunities for improvement and develop plans to execute these projects.
- Execute Technical Assessments and Due Diligence: Utilize hands-on experience in conducting technical assessments and due diligence in M&A to provide sound technical guidance.
- Support Portfolio Company Projects: Participate in pre-acquisition due diligence and support Portfolio Company projects to ensure successful integration.
Requirements:
- 5 Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in technical infrastructure project management, with a strong focus on NETWORK skills.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with C-level executives and clients.
