What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workday Implementation Consultant position at RIT Solutions, Inc.?
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to HR needs.
- Lead and support the implementation of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Time Tracking and Attendance, Reporting and Analytics, and Talent Optimization and Recruiting.
- Configure Workday system to align with client-specific HR policies, processes, and organizational structures.
- Lead testing efforts, including but not limited to; preparation and documentation of test cases, as well as managing the execution of system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and end-to-end testing.
- Provide end-user training and support during the implementation process. Develop desk-top procedures, end user documentation, business process maps and other reference / training materials as needed.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate client stakeholders on Workday functionality and best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to client teams during data migration, testing, and deployment phases.
- Work closely with project managers and other consultants to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
- Document configuration decisions, process flows, and system enhancements.
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and key milestones.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions during implementation and post-implementation support phases.
- Stay updated on Workday product releases and enhancements and assess their potential impact on client implementations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, tools, and templates.
