We're looking for a dynamic leader with:
✅ 5–10 years of experience in the Personal Care or Cosmetics industry
✅ A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Cosmetic Science
✅ A passion for innovation and hands-on leadership
✅ Willingness to travel 25–40%, both domestically and internationally
