900 East Willow Grove Avenue (Rita's #11)
We are looking to hire staff for our 2025 season. No experience is necessary, all training will be provided. We hire staff 14 years or older. Our season runs from late February to late October with April to June being our busiest. Applicants with previous work experience may be hired with additional responsibilities as a Shirt Leader. We will hold interviews during late January/early February starting with an open interview session on Saturday 1/25 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Rita's - Flourtown (1527 Bethlehem Pike, Flourtown, PA 19031). Pay range is $8.75 to $13.00 based on availability and experience. Additional guest tips average $5 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:

Window staff - greeting guests, making/serving our frozen treats properly and efficiently
- Positive attitude that translates to friendliness with our guests
- Can follow directions and help maintain store cleanliness
- Being honest, trustworthy and dependable
- Accurately handle guest order/transactions using a purchasing system
Job Requirements:
- Student in good standing in 8th to 12th grade
- 14 years and older

Must have availability to work a minimum of 2 shifts a week during the entire season (weekdays and/or weekends)
- Must have a completed work permit
