What You'll Be Doing:
- Make and serve Italian Ice, Frozen Custard, and a variety of treats to our Guests.
- Understand and explain menu offerings to Guests and answer questions about the food products.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, personal hygiene, and store cleanliness.
- Process Guest orders accurately through a point-of-sale system (POS register), count money, make change, and process credit card transactions.
- Work as part of a fast-paced team to meet target goals during your shift.
- Exude a strong professional presence with excellent verbal communication and time management skills.
- Work hard but have FUN while doing so -- this element is a TOP priority!
