The front line treat member provides S.U.P.E.R Service to all Rita's guests, to maintain product quality and maximize shops sales and profits, in addition to upholding Rita's standards in all aspects of the operation.
Responsibilities:
- Timely work attendance.
- Wearing the proper Rita's uniform.
- Following S.U.P.E.R Service guidelines
- Answer phone calls.
- Collect money from customers.
- Up-Sell items to customers.
- Assess items for store credit or replacement.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve them immediately.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
