What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rita’s Treat Team Member- FULL TIME position at Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard?
We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic individual to become a full time member of our treat team for the 2025 season! No experience necessary - training provided!
Days/Hours either Thursday-Sunday 11:30am-9:30pm or Friday-Monday 11:30am-9:30pm … hours will change in May to 12:30-10:30pm.
Some holidays, such as Memorial Day, 4th of July, Mother's/Father's Day, Easter may also be required And could alter regular schedule.
Job duties include:
-Taking orders and using a cash register
-Making and serving treats to guests
-Providing all guests with EXCEPTIONAL customer service, WITH AN UPBEAT, POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND SMILE!!
-Maintaining a high level of cleanliness
-Washing dishes
-Remaking Italian ice as needed
Skills:
-A POSITIVE attitude
-Willingness to act on corrective feedback if necessary to improve
-Excellent listening and communication skills
-Work well with others as part of a team, but also self-motivated
