Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a passion for providing excellent customer service. As a Shift Leader, you will oversee daily operations, ensure staff efficiency, and maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness. This role is crucial in creating a positive environment for both employees and customers.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in food preparation and ensure culinary standards are met.
• Train new staff on food handling procedures, cash register operations, and customer service techniques.
• Help with upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Manage cash handling processes, including operating the POS system accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing work areas, equipment, and dining spaces.
• Buss tables efficiently to ensure a clean dining environment for guests.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during shifts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry is preferred.
• Strong skills in food preparation and culinary practices.
• Proficient in using POS systems and handling cash registers.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to lead a team and interact with customers positively.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and cleanliness.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
