Job Summary
Rita's of S. Queen Street is looking to immediately hire either a part time or full time closing shift leader. We are searching for candidates who like to work evenings, but may also have the flexibility to work days if needed.

Shift Leaders support the managers in maintaining and operating a successful store while following Rita’s policies and procedures, maintaining excellent guest service, and promoting a team atmosphere to maximize store profitability.
Responsibilities
- Leading and inspiring the team through modeling Rita's operational and customer service standards;
- Creating delicious Rita's treats, following recipes to deliver the best quality;
- Providing welcoming and friendly customer service to ALL customers;
- Assisting team members with problem solving in a professional and courteous manner;
- Cash handling, closing/opening;
- Maintaining a clean and sanitized store;
- Possible Ice Making training if interested.
- Training new team members to deliver top quality products with a smile.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be available for a minimum of 4 shifts per week (typcially 6 hour shifts); 1 weekend night required.
- Previous leadership experience within the food industry preferred.
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour
