What are the responsibilities and job description for the Daytime Team Member position at Rita's Italian Ice?
Looking for someone that can work weekdays during the day perferably 11-5 or 12-5 but we are flexible. Rita's is open all four seasons and may be open all year. This is not a job just in the summer. We will be opening in early February. Job requirements listed below.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to taste and smell the products.
- Stand for long periods of time.
- Work weekdays, weekends are optional for this position
- May be required to work holidays.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Must be willing and able to operate all equipment used in shop operations.
- Perform repetitive tasks, i.e. scooping, stirring, and lifting.
- Must be 16 years or older.
- Exude a strong professional presence when working with different personality traits
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Display empathy while still supporting company/operational policies, procedures and values
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
