We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Franchise Manager to oversee daily operations at Rita’s Italian Ice. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth store operations, drive sales growth, and maintain high customer satisfaction. This role requires hands-on leadership in store management, staff supervision, cost control, and community engagement through catering and events.
Key Responsibilities:Store Operations:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
- Responsible for opening and closing procedures, including cash management and security checks.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Ensure store cleanliness, equipment functionality, and proper stock organization.
Inventory & Ordering:
- Manage product availability by monitoring inventory levels and placing orders on time.
- Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients and materials.
- Minimize waste and optimize stock rotation to control costs.
Financial & Cost Management:
- Control food and labor costs to maximize profitability.
- Monitor daily sales and expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Sales Growth & Marketing:
- Develop strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Coordinate and secure catering orders and outdoor events to expand brand reach.
- Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations for partnership opportunities.
- Implement promotional campaigns and seasonal specials.
Team Management & Customer Service:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of employees to ensure high performance.

Qualifications & Skills:
