Mobile Manager (Manager of Mobile Operations)
DEPARTMENT: Operations
Manage the Corporate Mobile Program – Rita’s on the Road - designed to build Brand awareness and revenue.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Procure sales events within territorial guidelines to promote Rita’s on the Road
- Procure Sampling and Customer focus events to create PR opportunities and build Brand awareness
- Manage the execution of all events
- Communicate with Customers, Corporate Partners, Vendors, Franchisees and Internal team on the status of events, and manage events for the Rita’s on the Road platform
- Work closely with the training and operations teams to manage all guides, job aids and support materials related to the mobile platform
- Able to provide inventory management and order from vendors.
- Ensure all licensing, insurance, and documentation is valid under the counties that Rita’s on the Road operates in.
- Schedule and ensure routine maintenance is done on the truck and generator.
- Develop and manage event and YTD P&L’s for Rita’s on the Road that demonstrates the success of the mobile platform for Franchisees
- Develop and manage additional tools designed to drive efficiency and show profit:
- ROI Tool
- Production Management Tools
- Pricing
- Event Schedules
- Perform other duties as directed or assigned.
Required Education and Experience
4 year college degree or equivalent.
Valid Drivers License & Insurance
ServSafe certified a plus
Ability to lift to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Night and weekends, holidays
Ability to travel up to 14 days
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
