Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the overall efficiency of our operations. Join us as we strive to create an enjoyable experience for our customers while fostering a positive work environment for our team members! Hiring will begin in January and training will begin in February 2025. Training will be held at the Blandon Location, 850 Golden Dr, #12 Blandon PA 19510.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, utilizing retail math skills as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the store or restaurant.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing products efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours, demonstrating effective time management skills.
- Utilize Clover POS system for order processing and payment handling, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of food safety practices and operational procedures.
Experience
- Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant, or any role within the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with basic math skills and retail math concepts is essential for accurate cash handling.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independent problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be available to work from February to December
- Must have be available for all shifts days, evenings, weekends, and holidays (around school schedule)
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
