Skills and Requirements:
- Restaurant Managers value hospitality, excellence and integrity
- Restaurant Managers work to recruit, develop, “coach and teach” the staff
- Restaurant Managers build sales, control costs and help create memories for all our guests
- A training background, and solid P&L skills are a plus
- Candidate must be a true believer in the company and its product and be able to share their passion with our guests and colleagues
- Restaurant Managers must be honest and genuine with an ownership-driven mentality and a hands-on attitude
- Restaurant Managers have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Composed problem-solving ability
- Two years comparable restaurant experience as a manager
