Job Summary: At Rita’s, we are a very fast-paced restaurant on the beach. We are looking for support staff to come in and help as a host, server assistant, and/or food runner. If you are a team player, experienced, passionate, and dedicated to being the best, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll do:
- Greet guests and help ensure a seamless flow through the restaurant and to arranged dining tables.
- Support the wait staff in water service, clearing tables, and replenishment of utensils
- Inspect work areas for cleanliness.
- Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations and respond well to questions.
- Uphold service standards to ensure a memorable guest experience.
- Maintain and uphold our company's vision and values.
- Demonstrate a passion for details and a willingness to learn.
- Take part in pre-service duties and applicable closing duties.
- Participate in service/culinary education sessions.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the restaurant both before, during and after service.
- Demonstrate an eagerness to continue to learn and grow!

- Strong Knowledge of our reservation system, Resy, is a plus!
