Job Responsibilities
The Property Manager is actively involved in all functions that directly impact occupancy and the overall physical condition of the property. Establish systems designed to support maximizing Rental Income, maintaining the asset for the owners, and a clear accountability to the owners.
As the Property Manager, your #1 job is the Asset and Owner. A dedicated team will support you daily to assist with application processing, lease renewals, and maintenance coordination, ensuring you can effectively manage the portfolio.
Compensation: The base salary ranges from $55,000 to $62,000, depending on experience. In addition to the base salary, the position includes quarterly commission incentives tied to key performance indicators (KPIs). An annual bonus is also based on company performance, leasing, portfolio health, and rent collection metrics.
**The total annual compensation is estimated to range from $55,000 to $75,000, depending on individual and company performance.
