This role will be responsible for the enterprise strategy for all Guest Experience technology at our resorts globally. Some common capabilities in this space are activity management solutions, TV / Entertainment, Guest texting / chat functionality, EV Charging tech, involved with guest wifi, etc. Anything deployed for guest experience at our resorts globally with the accountability to drive innovative solutions to continually improve on the experience at our resorts for all brands. This would also be an area that would be required to drive solutions for data analytics as well as partnering with our Data & Analytical teams.
This role also focuses on Staff / Associate Experience systems . Some common capabilities in this space would be housekeeping solutions, associate communications, workflow management solutions, etc. All systems and integrations to maximize the efficiency and experience of all resort staff to service customers along with integrations and any data analytics requirements in the space.
The ideal candidate will bring a comprehensive background in vendor management and tech strategy, demonstrating an ability to evaluate, implement, and drive the right technology solutions for the business. A strong focus on data-driven decision-making and an unbiased approach to technology selection will be crucial for success.
Requirements :
- Proven hotel / hospitality industry experience
- Technical experience related to Guest Experience technology found in a large, enterprise hotel / resort environment.
- Experience leading the strategy for guest experience systems / technologies including creating technology road maps.
- Experience partnering with development teams to build and implement these systems is essential.
- Experience driving efforts toward data-driven decision-making and analytics to improve the effectiveness of guest experience systems globally.
- Experience managing relationships with key vendors, ensuring that solutions are aligned with both business and technology strategies.
