It Support Associate

Contracted position | ONSITE | Haines City, FL

Our client in Haines City Florida has an immediate need for aDesktop Support Analyst.This will start as a contract position with a strong possibility of extension and consideration for a full-time position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Support remote users by troubleshooting connectivity and access issues.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and support requests using the ticketing system.
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective use of key systems.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot complex application issues.
• Maintain documentation related to application configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Collaborate with Business Analyst and other teams to support IT-related projects.

Required Skills to be considered include:

• A or similar certification preferred.
• 1 years of experience in IT support, including hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of MS Office 365, MS Windows Operating System, Active Directory and IOS.
• Experience supporting PCs and Printers in a corporate environment.
• Familiarity of network and server technology.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
• Basic Networking
• Basic knowledge of application configuration

• Salespad
• MS Dynamics GP
• MS Dynamics CRM
• SharePoint
