Senior Program Manager | Contract position working on-site in Orlando (zip 32836) Monday - Friday
We seek a Senior Program Manager to lead and drive complex, cross-functional programs and projects spanning application development, IT infrastructure, and other business-critical initiatives. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in both Agile (Scrum / Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies, demonstrating the ability to navigate hybrid environments and ensure successful delivery with high-quality business outcomes. You will be responsible for strategic planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and execution oversight while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Programs may span multiple projects and multiple GT (Global Technology) disciplines and are often dependent on internal and third-party resources to meet the business objective.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Large Project / Program Management and multi-year enterprise-wide programs experience
- Experience in all phases of the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC)
- Proven experience as an IT Program Manager, managing both Agile and Waterfall projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Proficiency in Waterfall project management techniques.
- Experience with PM tools including MS Project, Microsoft Project Online (Project Web App), JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or other tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
