JOB DESCRIPTION
- The Branch Supervisor drives overall performance and operations for an assigned branch. This position is responsible for supporting branch planned profitability, sales, and customer service levels. The role interacts with all levels of staff and departments within IAA and is responsible for maintaining a safe and positive work environment by supervising and mentoring local staff. The Branch Supervisor supervises all office employees and at times depending on the branch size, may also supervise the yard employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, engaged, and positive work environment
- Ensuring compliance with operational standards
- Create and maintain strong relationships with external customers/vendors including Insurance Companies, Towing Vendors & Buyers
- Design more efficient ways of processing work
- Resolve branch-level employee issues and team issues
- Actively enforce company policy, reporting or responding appropriately to all violations or reports of violations
- Recommend or perform personnel actions such as salary increases, performance reviews, hiring, and disciplinary action
- Collaborate effectively with various internal departments including HR, Corporate teams, and the Sales/Remarketing groups.
- Support the ISO external assessments and internal and external audits as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 Years Branch and Field Experience
- Solid customer service skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Basic skills in using the Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Proficient in time management
