Job Description
This position supervises and directs single document processing departments within a branch. Assists the Title Manager in the timely and efficient flow of all necessary documents in accordance with applicable codes. Supervises and assists processing staff, monitors work, ensures completion and accuracy and assists customers and regulatory personnel by resolving various documentation problems
ResponsibilitiesSupervises Title Center services and staff and handles all critical items in the absence of the Title Center Manager Assist Title Center Manager in the timely and efficient flow of all necessary documents in accordance with applicable codes Supervise and assist staff, monitor work, ensure completion and accuracy Monitor productivity and efficiency – MOS /Title Tracker Payroll Title Center reports Resolve employee issues Assist Salvage Providers, Title Processors, and IAA branches with any DMV questions or processes Organizes and leads groups doing large title projects such as unobtainable title bulk projects and old inventory at DMV Processes all salvage and non-repairable reversals through coordination with DMV Prepares and requests all DMV microfiche inquiries Monitors and updates Vehicle Industry News memos from DMV Trains new Title Specialists and DMV Processors Monitors DMV inventory supplies and communicates with DMV Vendor/ DMV to gain additional secured forms Develops working relationships with Salvage Providers and various DMV units Reviews and completes applications for salvage certificates and non-repairable certificates received from IAA Title Specialists Conduct regular meetings with all department personnel to communicate policies and procedures and review issues or opportunities Other duties as assigned per business needs
