Ritchie Implement, Inc. with four locations (Cobb, Darlington, Barneveld and Lancaster, WI) is looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Parts Department at our BARNEVELD location. Ritchie’s is Southwest Wisconsin’s leading distributor of new and used agricultural equipment with the following manufacturer’s represented: Case IH, Vermeer, Kubota, JCB as well as many others. This is a growing company that is looking for someone who has the desire and drive to help this company grow. We are looking for an individual that understands the increased demands during the peak seasons and is willing to go the extra mile during these demanding times.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Promptly, respectfully and accurately assist customer with parts needs
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers
• Assist other stores with parts needs and the transfer of parts between stores
• Pull/Fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy
• Shipping and receiving
• Keep current on product knowledge, features, and benefits of the parts stocked/sold
• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays
• Supply service technicians with parts as required
• Share in the responsibility of after-hours calls with other parts department staff

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of agricultural equipment
• Excellent communication skills Outstanding customer service skills
• Computer skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb ladders, operate a forklift and other machinery, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
