Position Summary:
As an Executive Assistant to Managing Attorney, you will play a key role in supporting our estate planning practice. You will provide direct administrative support to the Managing Attorney by handling all aspects of the Managing Attorney’s office, calendar, and communications as requested. You will also be responsible for maintaining client files (electronic and paper), helping to prepare for client meetings, and other duties as assigned. A successful candidate will be someone that is detail-oriented, excels at completing multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy, and is self-motivated and enthusiastic about learning.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Direct coordination of Managing Attorney's daily calendar;
- Answer/Screen/Initiate phone calls for Managing Attorney;
- Communicate with clients about our onboarding process;
- Assist Managing Attorney in preparation of client meetings;
- Assist Managing Attorney in drafting various documents including letters, emails, legal documents, marketing materials and other documents as requested;
- Organize/maintain client files and provide weekly and monthly reports of firm files and client communications;
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent proofreading and writing skills;
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills;
- Self-motivation and the learning agility to learn new processes and systems;
- Ability to work well with others in an office setting;
- High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams;
- Excellent organization and the ability to multi-task effectively;
- Strong work ethic and accountability.
