- You believe in exceeding expectations. Day-in-the-Life of a Maintenance II :
- Remain knowledgeable of the equipment and operating systems in a specified area of the distribution center.
- Properly use and maintain the tools and equipment utilized in the work area; ensure the work and shop areas are clean.
- Requisition materials, supplies, and parts from vendors for the operating equipment.
- Review Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) procedures to determine the type of materials and equipment that must be in place for efficient operating conditions.
- Oversee repair assignments, preventative maintenance, equipment installation, and troubleshooting to minimize the down time of machinery in a specified area of the distribution center.
