- Requirements:**
- Valid New York State RN License
- Preferred: At least one year of experience in Skilled Nursing
- Mandatory: Current CPR/BLS certification

- Strong independent decision-making capabilities
- Availability for a minimum of three days a week to ensure continuity of care
- Successful completion of drug screening and background check
- Compliance with State and Federal employment regulations in a Nursing Facility
