About the Role :

As an LPN, you will be an integral part of our nursing team, providing high-quality nursing care to our patients. You will work under the supervision of registered nurses and doctors, playing a critical role in our patient care plans. Position Highlights :

Location : SUNY Syracuse, NY

Schedule : Full-Time

Salary : $45 / hr

Key Responsibilities : This list highlights primary duties but is not exhaustive.

Conduct patient assessments, including evaluating symptoms, and managing treatment plans.

Monitor patients' health-such as checking vital signs and administering medication as prescribed by the healthcare provider.

Assist in the implementation of patient care plans, providing treatments and procedures as required.

Provide basic patient care and comfort, such as assisting with personal hygiene, and collecting samples for testing.

Communicate with patients and their families, offering emotional support and information about conditions and treatment plans.

Maintain patient records with accuracy, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications :

Valid LPN license in the state of New York.

Proven experience as an LPN or in a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused approach to care.

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
