Pearl Haven is a specialized facility on the north shore of Oahu that provides trauma informed therapeutic services for girls ages 11-17 who have experienced complex trauma or are diagnosed with serious emotional and behavioral disturbances to try and help them heal from their trauma.
What you will do: This is for the interns who have been approved for an internship through BYU
To be considered you should: Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants should be at least 21 years of age. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical and TB test. Applicants should be empathetic, patient and have a desire to work with troubled teens.
Information regarding Schedule/hours/shifts: We have two shifts available: - Sunday through Wednesday (7pm-8am, and Wednesdays are half days from 7am-2pm) - Wednesday through Saturday (Wednesday is a half day from 1pm-8pm and Thursday through Saturday 7am-8am)
