Sierra Sage Treatment Center offers residential treatment for young women in a safe, supportive, nurturing environment. Through accredited education, vocational training, and a normalized high school experience, our young women are given the skills they need to overcome the effects of abuse, neglect, trauma substance abuse, mental illness, and violence so they can make healthy choices for themselves and their futures.
Pay: Starting at $19.00 an hour
What you'll do: As the kitchen helper you will be responsible in maintaining the entire dining and preparation facility in a constant state of sanitary acceptance. This includes but is not limited to the kitchen, dining room, all storage areas, outside areas, refuse areas, garbage cans and all loading docks. Insures that all areas are maintained in a sanitary condition that meets or exceeds the requirements set forth by Federal, State, local and Tribal (where applicable) regulations. Responsible for cleaning and maintaining small wares and food preparation equipment. Ensures exceptional customer service is provided to all students, staff and guests.
To be considered you should: Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
Schedule: Monday and Thursday ~ 12:00pm to 8:30pm
