AJATC is a secure residential program for at-risk male and female youth, located on 110 acres just outside of Little Rock, AR. Through our trained programming for staff, AJATC promotes a normalized high school experience, offers a safe environment and provides opportunities for positive change, as well as providing the unlimited potential for achievement and growth for students and staff. Our campus features residential student dormitories, on-site school and library, vocational training program, chapel, gymnasium, medical and an outdoor recreation area. Pay: $17.75 - $18.82 per hour based on education and experience.

What you will do: As a Transportation Officer, you will be primarily responsible for transporting students to and from the site for off-site appointments, while providing student and staff safety, health and welfare by enforcing consistent, controlled supervision of the students. While transporting, Transportation Officers will observe and follow all site safe driving policies and procedures, and provide encouragement, guidance, and resources to staff and students when needed.
To be considered you should: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry ~ Must meet the requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having a valid Driver's License
Schedule: 5 days on/2 off
A Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 8 Hour Shifts
B Shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 8 Hour Shifts
