AJATC is a secure residential program for at-risk male and female youth, located on 110 acres just outside of Little Rock, AR. Through our trained programming for staff, AJATC promotes a normalized high school experience, offers a safe environment and provides opportunities for positive change, as well as providing the unlimited potential for achievement and growth for students and staff. Our campus features residential student dormitories, on-site school and library, vocational training program, chapel, gymnasium, medical and an outdoor recreation area. Pay: $50,000 annually; can increase based on education and years of experience

What you will do: An Awake Night Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of Night Coach Counselors and Group Supervisors, while ensuring the safety and security of the ROP program during night watch hours. The Awake Night Supervisor provides direct supervision and directive to night staff, including assisting in crisis management, maintaining effective scheduling, and conducting facility checks. The Awake Night Supervisor will perform evaluations, hiring, reprimands, and training to night staff, while being a key member of the Management Team on campus.
To be considered you should: Have a Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (or equivalent to years of experience) ~ Three Years of experience in juvenile treatment ~ One Year of Supervisory experience ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry ~ Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License
Schedule: 4 days on/3 off – 3 days on/4 off
Night Shift: 7pm – 8am (12-hour shift *1 hour break *)
Currently hiring for: A-Shift; Sunday to Tuesday, every other Wednesday
