Minden, NV, is a small town located in the western part of Nevada, in the Carson Valley, about 15 miles south of Carson City and roughly 45 miles south of Reno. It serves as the county seat of Douglas County. The area is known for its picturesque landscapes, characterized by the backdrop of the Sierra Nevada Mountains to the west and the Carson Range to the east. Minden itself is a charming, historic town with a population of just under 4,000 people.
Pay: Starting $21 an hour.

What you will do: As the Billing Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for managing billing, claims, and collections processes related to services provided to our clients.
To be considered, you should: Have a high school diploma or equivalent ~ Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing or collections, preferably in behavioral health. Knowledge of CPT, ICD-1-, and HCPCS codes, as well as behavioral health specific billing practices ~ Familiarity with insurance verification, claims submission, and appeals processes ~ Be able to meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver. Must possess a current State Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday ~ 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
