Pay: Salary range $18-$20 depending on credentials and years of experience.

What you will do: The Education Instructional Aide works as an education staff member. Primarily responsible for the supervision and mentoring of students to ensure the Rite of Passage normative peer culture program is consistently implemented. Assists with ensuring the daily schedule operates on time and the students participate in all of the scheduled activities. Assists the teaching staff with tracking student attendance, responding to questions and needs of the students, ensuring effective classroom management and maintain a clean and inviting learning environment. May provide direct instruction in the absence of the lead teacher. Provides consistent interactive supervision of students to ensure the safety, health and welfare of staff and students at all times.
To be considered you should: Be at least 21 years of age ~ High school diploma required, B.A or B.S Degree preferred ~ Minimum of 2 years of related work experience preferably with Autism Spectrum Disorder ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
Schedule: **This is a year round school with rolling enrollment**. Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm
