Childhelp is a psychiatric residential treatment facility that specializes in the treatment of children aged 5-14 with mild to severe trauma or neglect, psychiatric disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders. Our unique location on a 270-acre farm provides a nurturing treatment setting with a variety of therapy resources. Pay: Starting salary at $95,000-$125,000

What you will do: The Program Director is responsible for the quality delivery and oversight of the treatment, educational, vocational and student health and welfare services in accordance with Rite of Passage policies and procedures as-well-as federal, state, and local rules, regulations, licensing, practices and laws. The Director is responsible for the day-to-day site operations including budgeting, financial stewardship, administration, program elements, promotions and marketing, and staff development and training. This position provides administrative oversight for the site, serves as a Senior Manager to the Rite of Passage Executive Board, is the leader of the site management team and ensures that the Mission and Values of ROP are represented in every facet under his/her organizational control.
To be considered you should: Be at least 21 years of age ~ B.A or B.S Degree in a related field. Masters degree preferred.~ Degree in mental health field with credentials will be given preference ~ Minimum of 4 years in residential facility management ~ Have related experience working with at-risk youth ages 5-14 or other neurological developmental disorders ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
Schedule: Generally Monday- Friday with some nights, weekends and holidays required for events or to support site operational need.
