">About the Position:
">We are seeking a Head of Service to lead our Client Services team. The successful candidate will have a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work or Counseling and at least one year of experience working in a residential setting.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver and implement Client Treatment Plans ">
- Attend Child and Family Team meetings and treatment team meetings ">
- Complete assessments and Client Treatment Plans ">
- Lead a positive, safe, and supportive environment for the youth we serve ">
Requirements:
">- ">
- Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work or Counseling with CA current registration ">
- One year of prior experience working in a residential setting for children/NMD, their families and/or the Juvenile Justice/Child Welfare system ">
- Able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ">
- Able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry ">
