Canyon State Academy is located on a scenic 180-acre campus surrounded by Farm student housing for 300 youth, a Thrift Store, Cafe, Barbershop and Church open to the community incorporating life skills for our students. Along with a fully equipped weight room, football stadium, an athletic center (gymnasium, padded wrestling room & more)!

What You’ll Do
The Manager will ensure efficient and effective retail operations, as well as maintain a high level of production, efficiency, quality, and customer service. This position reports to the Director of Community and Business Development.
- Train and supervise students and community volunteers
- Promote and market the business to attract new customers while maintaining existing customers using social media platforms, sales, community engagement, etc.
- Create attractive displays; monthly store resets
- Manages cash flow, daily deposits, student tips and donation receipts
- Work collaboratively with the other members of the team (I.e. training center managers, community partners, CSA and DLA staff) to ensure efforts are coordinated in both day-to-day operations and for special events
- Supervise employees, staff helpers, and students as applicable
- Manage and sort intake of daily donations. Maintains daily and monthly inventory logs of donations and merchandise
- Completes required reports and documentation in a timely manner, provides management with required reports and advises of any problematic situations
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Have at least one year of experience working in an office environment.
- Have experience and success in retail environment.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
