Sierra Sage Treatment Center offers residential treatment for young women in a safe, supportive, nurturing environment. Through accredited education, vocational training, and a normalized high school experience, our young women are given the skills they need to overcome the effects of abuse, neglect, trauma substance abuse, mental illness, and violence so they can make healthy choices for themselves and their futures.
Pay: Starting at 19.00 an hour. Schedule may include 12 hours of overtime each pay period. $1,000.00 Sign on Bonus. ($500.00 at 3 months and 5 at 6 months)

What you will do: As the Night Youth Care Worker, you will be responsible for the supervision of students during the evening hours when the Group Living staff is off duty. You will conduct a physical count every 7-15 minutes of the students within the assigned living area and record the count on the student check sheet.
To be considered you should: Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect ~ Have a desire to work with troubled teens ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
Schedule: 3.5 days per week:
- A Shift – Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday ~ 5:30pm-7:30am and Sunday 12:00am to 7:30am.
- B shift – Wednesday/Thursday/Friday ~ 5:30pm – 7:30am and Saturday 5:30pm to 7:30am.
