SUMMARY:
To ensure all subcontractors are paid timely and
accurately.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Daily Posting of Subcontractor pay
·
Ensures jobs are invoiced correctly and daily
·
Communicates with other departments to resolve
issues with Labor
·
Maintain files
·
Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
1. Have earned a minimum
of a High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Possess and have
demonstrated proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office.
3. Be able to multi-task
and prioritize the duties required.
4. Exhibit effective
written and oral communication skills.
5. Have the ability to
work independently in a fast-paced environment.
